Toastmasters Club —— TAIE is the first private secondary school in Toronto to set up a recognized Toastmasters Club. Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization. TAIE Toastmasters Club was established in 2000 in the Ontario Parliament Building, where related members of the Provincial Parliament attended the opening. Toastmasters Club helps students learn the art of speaking, listening and thinking–vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership potential, foster human understanding, and contribute to the betterment of mankind.
